ayurvedic remedies for cold and cough

Eat 5 to 10 grams of old jaggery and 2 to 10 grams of ginger, or boil 1 to 5 grams of black pepper and turmeric in half a bowl of milk and drink it, it will be beneficial in winter.

 Take one to two grams of ground ginger or 2 to 10 ml basil leaves in hot milk. juice and ginger from 2 to 20 ml. Mixing one spoon of honey in the juice and taking it twice or thrice a day provides relief in cold and flu.
